Eric has
helped me so much; he makes me work hard. He does not tell me what
to do at all, rather he coaches me to think. We have spent a lot of

Coaching has given me the ability to concentrate to a much greater
degree than in the past, and to maintain objectivity in the midst of
chaos, which there is plenty of in my line of work. It has effected,

was sales success, but it has become much more than that. It has given
